Gmail snooze time defaut9/27/2023 Once you snooze a message, the Snoozed folder is always visible by default, even if the folder is empty. This will return it back to your Inbox or the folder the message was previously in. Messages that you've snoozed will appear in the Snoozed folder, directly below your Inbox.įrom here, you can unsnooze any message. Once the menu is opened, you can choose any of the above options by pressing the numbers 1 through 7. If you have keyboard shortcuts enabled, the snooze menu can be opened when viewing a message by pressing B. Choose a date and time: This option allows you to set a custom day and time for a message to reappear.Tomorrow this option will show as Thursday, October 30th at 6am, because Snooze remembers it as "2 days from now, at 6am." For example, let's say that on Monday, September 30th, you choose a new custom date/time of Wednesday, October 2nd at 6am. Last custom: This remembers the time and number of days from now of the last custom time you used.This weekend: This coming Saturday at 8am.If it is after 6pm, this option is disabled. For example, if it is currently 10:30am, the message will reappear at 1pm (10am + 3 hours). Later: This is 3 hours from the beginning of the current hour.We offer the following options by default: You can choose how long you'd like the message to be snoozed. You can snooze a message by opening it or selecting it from your list of messages, then clicking the Snooze button on the toolbar at the top of your mailbox. Snooze is available for users subscribed to our Standard and Professional plans, and for any user subscribed to a legacy plan with at least 10 GB of mail storage. This can help you better manage your day and ensure emails appear when you are ready to act upon them. The latest version of Thunderbird now has built in ability to connect to Google calendar and so does not need to use an addon, but the addon does work perfectly ok. Note: I've added Provider for Google Calendar and experimenting with that. Logged into Google to see Calendar and checked the task list and it was there. I have just tested this and used 'Convert to' > 'Task' > choose 'MyTasks' and saved it. Now when you right click on email and choose 'Convert to' > 'Task', whilst the default 'Home' calendar is auto selected, you should be able to use the drop down to select 'My Tasks' 'My Tasks' will now appear in the 'Calendar' list. You should see a list of Calendars and also 'Tasks List' - select 'My Tasks' and click on 'Subscribe' Your gmail address should already be showing - select it and click on 'Find Calendar' Select 'Google Calendar' and click on 'Next' In Thunderbird, you now need to add a 'New calendar' (you probably have this already selected) Logon to your google Calendar via a browser and under 'My Calendars' select 'Tasks' so it is enabled. To use 'Convert to' > 'Tasks' and use google - you need to : Google keep the Tasks as a separate listed calendar. 'Convert to' > 'Tasks' only offers the Home option. You can also locate this convert to option via the 'More' icon located far right in the header area of an opened email. You can use right click on email and select 'Convert to' > 'Event' and select the google or Home calendar.
